In July 2024, we completed Phase 1 of Vila Carnaúba, delivering all roads and bike paths, the entrance gate and reception, administrative headquarters, infrastructure, parking areas, lighting and signage, as well as six freshwater lagoons. We also inaugurated a beachfront Kite Club base, allowing our homeowners to spend every possible moment on the water.
In 2025, we expanded the Vila Carnaúba experience with the opening of the Sports Club, Sunset Lagoon, and Kids Club—spaces dedicated to well-being and designed for all ages. Homeowners can also enjoy tennis, beach tennis, and multi-sport courts, which have quickly become gathering places for friends and families to connect, play, and create lasting memories.

With 100% of the lagoon-front lots in Phase 1 already sold, Vila Carnaúba now enters Phase 2, introducing 32 exclusive new lots overlooking two newly created freshwater lagoons.
