Inauguração Fase 1

Em julho 2024, inauguramos a Fase 1 do Vila Carnaúba, com a entrega de 161 lotes (80% vendidos), de todas as vias, ciclovias, guarita e recepção, sede administrativa, infraestrutura, estacionamento, iluminação e sinalização, e 6 lagoas de água doce, além de uma base para a prática do Kitesurf na beira da praia para que nossos condôminos não percam um minuto fora d'água!
Essa foi a primeira etapa concluída do nosso destino planejado, movido pelo vento, que tem as suas primeiras casas prontas ainda neste ano.
